Community Investment Strategies, a Bordentown, NJ-based real estate development and building company, has named Hazel Gluck as its new president. For over 40 years, Gluck has been known as one of New Jersey's most powerful advocates and effective leaders, according to Christiana Foglio, CEO and owner of Community Investment Strategies (CIS).

Gluck began her career in public service as a member of the Lakewood Board of Education. She went on to serve in the New Jersey General Assembly and became a cabinet member of the Kean administration. She has been recognized with such prestigious awards as "Woman of the Year," "Administrator of the Year," "Breaking the Glass Ceiling Award" and Ocean County's "Woman of the Century." She also served in the Whitman administration and is a founding partner of The GluckShaw Group, one of the most well known public affairs firms in the state.
