TidalTV, Inc. (www. tidaltv. com) has signed an agreement with National Geographic Ventures and National Geographic Channel (NGC) to showcase NGC programming on the TidalTV platform. Content including full-length episodes from popular series such as Taboo, Critical Situation, Man-Made and Wild!, as well as clips from various NGC shows, will be available upon the beta launch of TidalTV in Spring 2008.

 TidalTV will offer consumers free and instant online access to professionally produced video programming via its streaming, browser-based broadband platform. NGC programming will be available within TidalTV's channel lineup, as well as within its library of on-demand content.
