Florida Dietetic Association Partners with Care2Learn

Florida Dietetic Association (FDA) has partnered with a Florida-based e-learning company to offer members a discount on continuing professional education online.

Tallahassee, FL (PRWEB) January 21, 2005

Florida Dietetic Association (FDA) has partnered with a Florida-based e-learning company to offer members a discount on continuing professional education online.

Due to shrinking healthcare dollars for continuing education benefits and time constraints of busy lifestyles there has been an increasing demand from our members for online educational programs said Christine Stapell, Executive Director of FDA. Partnering with Care2Learn offers our members a discount on all Care2Learn courses and the convenience of taking courses anytime. ItÂ’s a great benefit for us.

FDA has 3,000 members in Florida, a constituency Care2Learn is pleased to serve. “As a Florida based company, we are delighted to partner with FDA”, said Laura More, CEO and co-founder of Care2Learn. “Care2Learn was a frontrunner in providing online continuing professional education to dietitians. We were the first company to apply for online continuing education approval from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Our provider number is 001 – and we hope to remain number one in many ways as we move forward”.
