Amy Freeland Named President of AWC Denver Chapter
Association for Women in Communications welcomes leadership of dedicated public relations professional.

The Denver professional chapter of the Association for Women in Communications (AWC-Denver) has named Amy Freeland, account manager of Philosophy Communication, Inc., as president of the organization. Freeland's expertise managing public relations and marketing activities will assist her as she guides the organization in its goal of promoting the advancement of women in all fields of communication.
Freeland's plans for AWC Denver include reintroducing regularly scheduled e-newsletters and educational programs to increase its value to members of the organization. She set a goal to increase membership during her one-year term by 30 members.

AWC Denver has been instrumental in my career growth, and I am thrilled to give back to others what the organization has given to me," Freeland said.
