PerceptIS Expands Leadership Team

PerceptIS expands leadership team to reflect national market success and expansion of call center activities. Russ Seiter named Chief Operating Officer.

PerceptIS, LLC a leading provider to Help Desk, Call Center and IT support services today announced three executive appointments.

Russ Seiter has been named Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for all aspects of service and product delivery for the firm. A fifteen year veteran of the information technology business, Russ has spent the past 18 months as PerceptIS' Vice President-Business Development. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Russ has held positions of increasing responsibility at Xerox and CBIZ before joining PerceptIS in July 2005. He is a seasoned technical expert in managed technical infrastructure services and VoIP and a strong motivator of people.

Chris Swatty has accepted the position of Vice President and General Manager - Western Region and will head PerceptIS' service management in their new Phoenix office. Chris joins PerceptIS having just returned from a tour of duty as a Forward Operating Base Commander in the "Red Zone" in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to being recalled to active duty Chris served as Director, Strategic Growth responsible for the location and operational development of campus locations for University of Phoenix in North and South America. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management and is currently near completion of an MBA with University of Phoenix.

Heather Brizzi has accepted the position of Director - Enterprise Service Center and is responsible for the overall operation of PerceptIS' call centers in Cleveland and Phoenix. Prior to joining PerceptIS, Heather was an IT Support Services Practitioner and Operations Program Manager for Bristol West Insurance Group. She is also a member of HDI's Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) as well as being an HDI Certified Support Center Manager.
