After several years of contemplating, starting and stopping the work on her new romance manuscript, Linda Pressley finally sat down and completed her debut novel, My Song. For the first time ever, she discusses the effort that went into the creation of My Song at CBK’s Off The Shelf (www. blakeradio. com). During the feature interview, Pressley discusses what inspired her to write her romance novel, as well as the importance of activating the courage to listen to your heart. Whether it’s a job, relationship, pattern of thought or behavior you are trying to change or let go of, during the feature interview, Pressley makes it clear that trusting the clear messages your heart keeps giving you is paramount to achieving true happiness and lifelong success.

The show’s host, Denise Turney, shared with us that, “Pressley has been straightforward and engaging each time I have spoken with her. A successful businesswoman, mother and wife, she pulls no punches when it comes to discussing matters of the heart. During our conversations one item in particular she shared leaped out,” Turney goes on to say. “That was when Linda shared how often people involved in a damaging relationship clearly know something is amiss, yet they remain blinded to the fact of how badly things have gone awry which causes them to continue to try to salvage a relationship they desperately need to move away from. “Howbeit,” Turney concludes, “Our probing discussions won’t stop there. We will talk about specific ways people can break out of ruts, get unstuck, and move forward into rewarding relationships, with love, appreciation and great joy.”

Off The Shelf is one of the most successful and longest running multi-cultural literary programs on the Internet. The program promotes education and strong reading and writing skills.
