Miss Black America U. S.A® delegates are some of the most goal oriented, career savvy and beautiful women in the nation. Culturally aware, charismatic, spiritually sentient, educated, and intelligent; our delegates proudly personify these characteristics in their everyday lives as grounded role models, and throughout their reign as state and national titleholders. Once becoming part of the Miss Black America U. S.A® pageant system delegates possess the vital tools needed to advance their education, careers, personal and humanitarian goals, family ideals; and work to unceasingly improve the lives of others within their community and across the U. S. The Ebony Star Foundation pageants are not affiliated in any way with any other pageant system or organization, past or present.

As a division of Capital Edutainment (Entertainment Entrepreneurship Service) founded October 2000 in Chicago, Illinois, the Ebony Star Foundation originated in October of 2002 and is a non-profit organization established to encourage and support education, self-improvement, talent, career development, personal achievement and cultural awareness among African Americans. Founded in greatness and spirituality, the organization proudly facilitates these services and strives to help make a difference through community service, mentorship, creative expression and higher education.

The Ebony Star Foundation (ESF) provides True Pageantry At It’s Best™, as the exclusive founding owner and producer of 4 scholarship pageants : The Mr. & Miss Ebony U. S.A Pageant® (a prestigious national cultural pageant for males and females ages 5-28 and up), the Miss Black America U. S.A® Pageant, the Mrs. Black America U. S.A® Pageant, and the Miss Black America U. S.A Teen® Pageant. ESF facilitates 8 diverse Enhancement Programs provided to all state delegates and national titleholders of the Mr. & Miss Ebony U. S.A Pageant. These programs began facilitation March 15th 2002 and will be the base of the first annual 2006 Mr. & Miss Ebony U. S.A Pageant in Los Angeles, California.
