Nurse Entrepreneur and health consultant, Ivorine Brown will launch a new health & wellness radio program in New York covering Westchester County and The Bronx. “You Shall Live!” can be heard live on WVOX 1460 AM every Saturday morning from 7:30 AM until 8:00 AM eastern standard time, beginning Saturday, May 7, 2005. This half-hour radio program can also be heard over the Internet on www. wvox. com. The show is designed to inspire and educate the listeners about their body, making healthy choices as well as presenting timely and newsworthy health related subjects and issues.

When looking at the latest statistics of morbidity and mortality in this country, Americans are dying of diseases that are preventable and at a very rapid rate. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in this country followed by cancer, which is followed by strokes. Diabetes is the fourth leading cause of death by disease along with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). All of theses are considered to be lifestyle diseases.
