Dr. Amlicke has more than 25 years experience in security, telecommunications, emergency operations, engineering and related fields. He is principal engineer and manager for projects in security, computer networking, communications and radio frequency shielding for high security facilities world wide; computer software development; data base management systems; and military systems design for a variety of government and commercial clients. He has conducted a number of important telecommunications and security surveys and infrastructure needs analysis.

Dr. Amlicke has worked with several companies providing services to the GSA, Department of State, Department of Defense, and other Government Agencies and commercial firms. He holds current high-level security clearances with the Department of Defense and other U. S. Government agencies. He has supported the renovation effort of the Old Executive Office Building and the White House in the areas of security and telecommunications. He has served as project manager for the security renovation of the Department of Education Headquarters in Washington DC.

He was the chief investigator on a groundbreaking project in computer security and information warfare. He has been the chief engineering advisor for a project to analyze problems affecting the potential employment of non-lethal weapons. In a similar capacity he has provided advice to a project tasked with determining the potential difficulties in the verification of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. He has developed software and methodology to analyze the accuracy of large information systems.

He addressed the AIA on the subject of providing security and communications to historic buildings. He also appeared on the Discovery Channel to talk about security. From 1967 to 1975, Dr. Amlicke served with distinction in the U. S. Air Force.

Dr. Amlicke adds to the growing list of affiliates of SecureComm.
