Menomonee Falls, WI (PRWEB) October 10, 2003 – The Midwest’s premier SolidWorks reseller, Graphics Systems Corporation (GXSC), headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, is pleased to announce it has added several new advanced courses to its SolidWorks 2004 curriculum. The first SolidWorks Weldments, SolidWorks Moldmaking, SolidWorks Piping and SolidWorks File Management classes will be held in November at Graphics Systems Corporation’s Menomonee Falls office.

The SolidWorks Weldments class covers the design and modification of weldments, including weldment features such as structural members, end caps, and gussets in addition to basic detailing and cut list generation. SolidWorks Moldmaking details draft analysis, working with imported parts, parting line generation, parting surfaces, shut-offs, and interlocks. The Piping class comes in conjunction with the enhanced piping and routing module in SolidWorks 2004. The SolidWorks File Management class teaches users how to organize and work with SolidWorks files and is a prerequisite for the PDMWorks class.

“These classes were added due to customer demand,” states Dave Kasinskas, President of Graphics Systems. “We’re dedicated to the development and advancement of our customers’ skills and listen to their requests. Adding these additional classes allows customers to focus on their specific areas and needs.”

All the abovementioned courses, except PDMWorks, are included in the SolidUniversity program, a comprehensive course package in which students have unlimited access to all SolidWorks courses that Graphics Systems has to offer for one year by paying an affordable, one-time charge.
