BERWYN, Pa., June 17, 2002 — Continuing to expand the breadth and depth of its library database content, bigchalk, the leading K-12 online education network, today announced the inclusion of a warehouse of exciting new content in bigchalk Library™. The new materials, which cover science, history, current events and social issues both nationally and globally, are drawn from some of the biggest names in publishing, including The Wall Street Journal, CBS News, National Geographic Magazine and the BBC.

To be ready for the 2002-03 school year, the award-winning and ever-growing bigchalk Library database will provide students and educators with access to more than 185 full-text newspapers, 900 magazines, 190 reference publications, 5,000 full-color maps, 16,000 current and archival audio and video clips, 70 radio and TV programs, and 575,000 full-color photos and pictures.
