Louis Erice, Vladimir Golik, and Alfred Beltran, of Keller Williams in the Miam-Kendall office sold the West Bird Apartment Building, 3571 SW 117 Ave, Miami, Florida, for $24 million dollar to West Bird RBGem LLC.
The unit sizes vary between 780 sqft to 980 sqft. The property is zoned multifamily and was built in 1981. There is not immediate knowledge of what will be done with the property.
