Marlton, NJ (Vocus) August 10, 2010
eMaint Enterprises, a leading provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), has launched ReliabiliTV. com, an informative web site containing maintenance best practice videos and interviews that the company conducts with industry thought leaders.
ReliabiliTV is currently featuring a series of interviews with best-selling author and maintenance trainer Joel Levitt. In the 8-part series, Levitt discusses topics ranging from identifying maintenance goals to the evolving role of maintenance in the current economic landscape.
Joel Levitt, President of Springfield Resources, praised eMaint for going beyond merely teaching clients how to use their CMMS software. Levitt says, “Software vendors should also teach us why we need to use CMMS programs to generate actual returns on investment and to ultimately improve the delivery of maintenance.”
The launch of ReliabiliTV underscores eMaint’s mission to not only invest in enhancing their product, but to also invest in additional educational tools to help their clients be successful. Toward this end, eMaint hosts monthly webinars with industry guest speakers who present a range of topics focused on Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices.
Rona Palmer, eMaint marketing director, notes that attendance at the monthly webinars has doubled over the past 12 months. “The increased popularity of our Best Practices Webinar series helped drive the decision to launch ReliabiliTV to bring our educational content to a broader audience,” states Palmer.
Although up to 80% of CMMS implementations fail within the first year, eMaint customers experience a high success rate as evidenced by the 96% subscription retention rate of eMaint’s CMMS software-as-a-service customers.
