The Carrie Brazer Center for Autism, and alternative Approaches was founded in 1999 by Carrie Brazer, a Florida certified Special Education teacher. The Center strives to meet the educational and behavioral needs of children with autism and other developmental delays through highly structured, individualized programs, including full-day educational therapy and summer camp.

The Center's Summer by the Sea is a nine-week summer camp hosted at Crandon Beach in Key Biscayne 3 days a week. The remaining 2 days a week, we attend community-based outings, such as visiting the local museums, zoos and play attractions. Children will learn about science and the environment, as well as literacy, physical fitness and independent living skills.
