The Silver Crown Awards is an open competition to organizations and individuals who have a process to demonstrate the important work they are doing. Submissions are judged based on the entrants’ abilities to demonstrate top-notch senior specific programs. Proven outcomes production, overall provision of care, and the qualities of diligence, as well as leadership of individuals who are making a difference in the adult and senior healthcare community, were all taken into consideration as part of the judging process.
The Silver Crown Awards program culminates with a ceremony at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, NV on March 8, 2011 where the award winners will be announced during a special celebration and will receive a crystal award for their honor. Additionally, all winners and honorable mentions will be featured in the March issue of Case In Point magazine and profiled on DorlandHealth. com.
The Silver Crown Awards luncheon takes place as part of the Care Coordination Summit, a day long event focusing on best practices across the interdisciplinary team, and features an insightful keynote presentation from Dr. Eric C. Rackow, president and CEO of SeniorBridge.
