Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) December 21, 2010
The Catholic Community Foundation announced today the formation of The Dream Scholarship Fund.
Developed and funded by a generous Foundation benefactor, the fund’s purpose is to provide Scholarship grants to help immigrant students in the USA pay for college tuition.
At this time, the fund is seeking donors to help increase the pool of available scholarship funds. Donors may contribute directly online via the website: http://www. dreamscholarshipfund. com.
The first scholarship grants will be made by a special volunteer committee in the fall 2011. Individuals may only apply via the website application.
“Since launching yesterday, the fund has already received $20,000 in donations. Because so many Americans support the goal of helping immigrant children attain their dream of going to college, we expect the fund to grow quickly,” stated Brigitte Dayton, Vice President of Marketing and Program Development of the Catholic Community Foundation, Phoenix.
