Jenzabar Supports Successful ERP Adoption at Fifty Higher Education Institutions
Higher education institutions turned to Jenzabar in 2009 for new software and effective implementations

Jenzabar, Inc. The software designed exclusively for higher education will help these institutions optimize business processes and improve overall enrollment, retention, and advancement success.
The 2009 implementations and purchases included institutions that have adopted the Jenzabar EX and Jenzabar CX enterprise resource planning systems, Constituent Relationship Modules, Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution, and Jenzabar’s Non-Traditional System. Institutions that purchased Jenzabar software during 2009 included Carthage College, Hesston College, Mid-America Christian University, Midland Lutheran College, Quincy College, Sitting Bull College, Springfield College, and Trine University.
This year 23 higher education institutions implemented Jenzabar software. These included Eastern Mennonite University, located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, which implemented Jenzabar EX and Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution, and the system integration allows the institution to satisfy the needs of candidates, students, alumni, and donors on many levels.

Although Jenzabar continues to support and maintain all of its product lines, 17 institutions chose to upgrade their Jenzabar legacy administrative systems to the company’s flagship enterprise resource planning systems in order to deliver a higher level of constituent service to faculty, students and staff. For example, the Maine Community College System, a comprehensive two-year public college system, upgraded to the Jenzabar EX ERP solution. The seven Community Colleges in the system include Central Maine, Eastern Maine, Kennebec Valley, Northern Maine, Southern Maine, Washington County, and York County.

Jenzabar’s new clients in 2009 included Hofstra University, Rutgers University Continuing Education, and Rice University, which each chose Jenzabar’s Non-Traditional System, a software solution that supports adult learning and continuing education. In addition, Jenzabar continues to expand its presence in the Caribbean and Latin American market, with the Universidad Catolica Tecnologica del Cibao and University of Trinidad and Tobago purchasing Jenzabar EX during 2009.
