Taking place on the second day of TechLearn 2005, the presentation falls under the conference's Strategy and Planning track that focuses on the definition, design, and development of workplace learning and performance strategies that align with organizational objectives -- providing attendees with real world examples of the impact and value of learning on an organization's business.
