Jeffrey M. Gilmore, president, has more than 20 years experience as controller, CFO and VP of finance in business services, engineering, asset management and construction. He is in partnership with A. Douglas Gumula, vice president, whose 30 years in finance includes senior-level positions for Day-Timers Inc. and TWA.

Gilmore has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Albright College and holds an MBA in MIS from LaSalle University. Gilmore specializes in financial management, financial planning and analysis, financial systems and back office infrastructure development. He has served as the CFO of Gilmore and Assoc. (consulting engineers), president of Payroll Express and VP of finance for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Gumula, a CPA and member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, most recently was senior project manager of the marketing department for Day-Timers, where he achieved double the previous recovery rate in disposing of $10+ million in obsolete and slow-moving inventory. Prior to that, he was manager of cost accounting for Day-TimersÂ’ finance department. He also held a number of management positions with TWA in their finance and accounting departments, including senior-level positions at a number of their subsidiaries. Gumula earned his MBA in Finance from LaSalle.
