Jayne helps independent advisors develop and place cases through point-of-sale assistance in all facets of the planning cycle, including liaison with our in-house team of case design experts, tax attorney, investment advisor, underwriting department and product specialists.

Jayne Alford-Melchinger is no stranger to both classroom and on-the-job training. In financial services since 1979, Jayne immigrated to the United States from Canada in 2002 and became brokerage manager for John Hancock, quickly involving herself in the Tampa community and professional associations. This year Jayne was instrumental in developing, coordinating and producing the first annual Financial Professionals Educational Expo combining TAIFA, SFSP and FPA members in a one-day conference. This first in Tampa drew attention to the ground-breaking accomplishment from the parent organizations.
