Department of Education National Center on the Educational Quality of the Workforce at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, Mass.
Cappelli has received numerous career and professional awards for his research, writing, and teaching. He is the author of the highly acclaimed book "The New Deal at Work: Managing the Market-Driven Workforce."
Dr. Peter Cappelli was named one of the 25 most influential people in the field of human capital by Vault. com and one of the top 100 people in the field of recruiting by Recruiter. com.
