In light of this, the company is fortunate to have snatched four of the industry’s brightest and most-seasoned executives. Clyde Seepersad, Pamela Halpern, Lois Rouder, and Neil Khaund have recently joined the 360training. com family as part of its executive leadership team.
Clyde Seepersad has an extensive background in K-12 and adult education. He was previously connected with Steck Vaughn Adult Education, a market leader in printed instructional content for CE and adult education. He had held various senior executive positions before joining 360training. com. He is now the Vice President of Higher Education and Healthcare.
Pamela Halpern—360training. com’s new Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Services—was the founder and president of Easy i, Inc., the American division of Easy i Holdings, Ltd., a global market leader providing compliance, regulation, and risk management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Her more than twenty-five years of management experience in the education and training industry has enabled her to turn Easy i, Inc. into a $6 million revenue-earning organization.
Lois Rouder joined 360training. com from Dell. She used to be Dell’s National Director of Education Services where she developed LearnDell. com, which generated $120 million for the company, becoming Dell’s fastest growing and most profitable Service arm. Before getting plucked by Dell, Lois worked for Apple as their National Advanced Systems Engineer Director. She is 360training. com’s Vice President of Operations and Professional Development.
The newest member of the executive team is Neil Khaund, currently the Vice President of Channel Development for 360training. com. Prior to his arrival at 360training. com Neil was the Managing Director of Partnership Solutions for Kaplan Inc., where he drove the new market development, strategy, and sales operations for their virtual high school business. His background consists of building strategic and lucrative partnerships with Fortune 500 brands such as Wal-Mart, Northwest Airlines, Target, Home Depot, and Research in Motion, just to name a few.
