The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Sequent, a consulting and outsourcing firm based in Columbus, Ohio, announced today that Sequent will support HCI initiatives as a global underwriter, helping bring the latest human capital education, metrics, and tools to leading corporations.

Together with HCI, Sequent is currently sponsoring a series of Human Capital Leadership events (http://www. humancapitalinstitute. org/hci/events_academics. guid) for the Central Ohio business and professional community at Franklin University, a Columbus-based educator known for its focus on providing educational opportunities and choices for working adults.
Sequent also sponsors a series of Human Capital Leadership events for the Philadelphia business and professional community at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, founded in 1881 as the first collegiate business school in the nation and known for its history of innovation in business education and research.

As a result of the agreement, HCI will provide corporate membership and corporate talent management applications, such as education and metrics tool sets, to Sequent's client companies.
In addition, HCI will promote Sequent's services to its own members and affiliates as a way to improve and manage talent.
