IASA, BEA, Compuware and Microsoft, Launch "Interop City" a Series of Events on Software Interoperability
The International Association of Software Architects (IASA) today announced the formation of a regional event focused on interoperability across key enterprise software platforms. Interop City is a sponsor-funded, community-focused event designed to educate and showcase advances in interoperability between Microsoft. NET, Sun Java and Web Services technologies.
Austin, TX (PRWEB) May 7, 2005
"With issues of integration plaguing the industry, this show provides the architecture and development communities with the opportunity to experience the latest techniques in interoperability," said Paul Preiss, IASA President. "Our members rely on IASA to provide these types of services that might otherwise only be learned through expensive trial and error."
Building the Community
IASA works with local community leaders around the world providing resources and programs to support local thought leadership and bringing together diverse groups. The Interop City Event brings together learning on integrating diverse platforms and highlights the capabilities of local and regional member communities including Java, .NET, XML and other user groups as hosts of the event. The event is based off a community-driven event held in Austin, Texas last September.
