World-renowned instructor and author Wayne Topping, PhD, LMP brings Kate Montgomery, CSMT, HHP, ND to Bellingham, Washington next month to teach her popular Hand Health Workshop for Health Practitioners.
Ideal for massage therapists, chiropractors and other health care providers, Montgomery offers this two-day workshop to discuss The Montgomery Method - a 12-step correction and alignment technique used to eliminate the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and other upper body repetitive strain injuries. The workshop will discuss nerve integrity, muscle strength, muscle monitoring, hand stretches, acupressure points, hands-on muscle therapy and more.
The class will be taught in Bellingham on Sunday, February 11 and Monday, February 12 from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m. at the Topping International Institute in Bellingham (location subject to change based on participation).
