Richard M. Unger, an attorney with Columbia-based Rogers Townsend & Thomas, P. C., will speak at the Professional Education Systems InstituteÂ’s (PESI) annual seminar--South Carolina Boundary Law & Landowner Disputes.

Mr. Unger, a Rogers Townsend & Thomas shareholder, concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate development and zoning variances, wills, probate, and small business formations. Mr. Unger has written various seminar materials for the PESI, the National Business Institute, and the Institute of Paralegal Education.
