About Richard M. Unger
Mr. Unger, a Rogers Townsend & Thomas shareholder, concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate development and zoning variances, wills, probate, and small business formations. Mr. Unger has written various seminar materials for the PESI, the National Business Institute, and the Institute of Paralegal Education. He conducts seminars for PESI, the Midlands Chapter of Professional Land Surveyors, and the South Carolina Professional Land Surveyors. He is co-author of the book Guiding Those Left Behind in South Carolina. Mr. Unger is a member of the U. S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; the South Carolina Bar and Richland County Bar Association, where he is a member of the Estate Planning/Probate section; the South Carolina and U. S.
