GraphOn Corporation (Nasdaq: GOJO) (http://www. GraphOn. com (http://www. GraphOn. com)), developer of connectivity software that instantly web enables software applications for fast remote access, and Honeywell Enterprise Service Solutions, Germany (NYSE: HON) have signed a five-year OEM agreement to include GraphOn's GO-Global technology with Honeywell's XFI Integrated Building Management system, enabling any PC through a standard browser to remotely manage facilities including airports, military, manufacturing, education, health care, pharmaceutical and financial facilities.

While the XFI system is based on powerful Hewlett Packard 9000/700 UNIX industry servers, GraphOn's GO-Global cross-platform web enabling software lets Honeywell customers use low-cost standard office PCs with standard browsers instead of more expensive HP workstations to run the sophisticated building management software over any connection--even low-bandwidth dial-up phone lines--from any location. GraphOn's GO-Global software centralizes Honeywell's XFI Building Management System software on an HP server for easy management and presents PC users with standard browsers the same look and feel to operate the XFI system as it appears on the HP workstations.

"Honeywell is dedicated to using Open Systems standards for its building automation and control architecture, and only GraphOn could make it run on PCs through standard browsers," said Honeywell AG Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, Bernd Inger."When Honeywell customers use GO-Global in addition to our XFI system, not only do they benefit from one of the most advanced energy management instruments available today, but they can use their existing infrastructure and office PCs to run it remotely with the same familiar interface they enjoyed on standard browsers."

"We are pleased to provide GraphOn's web enabling technology at a time when building managers' needs for cost-effective remote management of buildings are critical to business operations," said GraphOn Executive Vice President, Robin Ford. "GraphOn recognizes and congratulates Honeywell on the important role it is playing in providing tools that help businesses to better control their energy consumption and keep facilities of all kinds safer and more efficient."
