The Intelligent Use of Business Analysis, centered on Competitive Intelligence (CI) and decision support, is a special time when a unique community of individuals gathers to discuss how CI is collected, analyzed, and utilized, to frame organizational structures and improve business decisions. This is an educational program including both quality instructor led education as well as peer-to-peer learning.
