Lyle Hatcher graduated from riding horses bareback on an Iowa farm to maintaining and installations of Univac in the dawn of the computer age. He has a lifetime of knowledge and wisdom to share—but his greatest lessons, inspired by his own struggles and those of his loved ones, are for taking charge of your health through a change in diet and lifestyle. A native of Iowa, Lyle Hatcher currently lives in Burbank, Washington. He has two children and enjoys leatherwork, macramé, embroidery, and training racehorses.
