Special interest group is global virtual community of coaching professionals that meets monthly via teleconference.
East Haven, CT (PRWEB) May 3, 2006
The Association for Spirit at Work (ASAW), a non-profit association interested in the study and/or practice of spirituality in the workplace, has re-launched its popular special interest group targeted to coaching professionals and business consultants, called the Spiritual Coaches Network.
The Spiritual Coaches Network is a global virtual community of coaching professionals who work with individuals and organizations to foster greater self-expression, wholeness and integration of work and life. Its focus is to provide members with opportunities to learn, network, create community, and share knowledge and tools. It is also available as a resource on the growing field of coaching and coach training programs. The group meets monthly via teleconference.
“One of the fastest growing segments of our membership are business and personal coaches who are using spiritual approaches in their practices,” said Judi Neal, Ph. D, executive director and founder of the Association for Spirit at Work. “The opportunity to provide a forum where these professionals can learn from each other and share ideas with their peers is exciting, because it increases the dialogue that fuels and supports societal transformation.”
Moderating the Spiritual Coaches Network are Dana Dobson and Arline Berman. Dobson is president of Quantum Energy Management Consultants, LLC, an Atlanta-based company specializing in organizational transformation through a cutting-edge employee personal development tool called the Quantum Energy Management System. Berman is an executive, leadership and life coach with more than 25 years of combined experience as a facilitator, organization effectiveness consultant, change catalyst and a registered ADR mediator.
The Spiritual Coaches network is open to anyone who is interested in the growing spirituality at work movement and yearns to make a personal impact through coaching or business consulting while building their practices. Membership in ASAW is not required, but recommended.
