Basket of Dreams Foundation Plays Host To "Choose NOT To Use" Message Addressing Teens, Sports & Steroids.

Dr. Vic Naumov, DC, Founder and President of NCADFA, Inc. brought his Choose NOT to Use message to Tulsa, Oklahoma as the keynote speaker at the recent Basket of Dreams, Inc. parents and athletes event held on Thursday night.
"The goal for tonight's event was simple, said Dr. Vic, to empower teenage athletes through education and awareness. Every athlete at some point in their career ultimately comes to a crossroads and will be faced with a decision. Do I use, to get an artificial edge and cheat; or do I stay clean, and be my best naturally? As far as the NCADFA is concerned, there is only one choice for every athlete, Choose NOT to Use."
Speaking for an hour to a packed ballroom consisting of teenage athletes, their parents and coaches, Dr. Vic stressed the fact that, "Every athlete has the power to Choose NOT to Use and do the right thing. The purpose of this program is to get everyone who is involved in athletics, to get on the same page and work together to become part of the solution, not the problem. It is easier to be proactive, rather than reactive, to a preventable tragedy."
As part of the NCADFA's National Choose NOT to Use Steroid Awareness Campaign, in cooperation with the Basket of Dreams Foundation, each person in attendance received a complimentary NCADFA Choose NOT to Use (black & yellow swirled) silicone wristband designed to remind athletes of their commitment to remain drug-free.
