Ingensa Partners Completes Buyout of Integral Systems, Inc.

Integral, a premier HR and payroll software service provider undergoes a new management buyout to position the company as a leader in HR software.

Allendale, MI (PRWEB) June 8, 2006

Following a recent management buyout of Integral Systems, Inc. by Chicago-based Ingensa Partners from Singapore-based operating company, I2K Holdings, Integral is now under new management led by CEO Sheldon Shaw.

Shaw was named CEO of Integral in 2003, and was retained as CEO after the management buyout of I2K Holdings to provide continued leadership. “Sheldon led an effort to improve process management systems at Integral, and he was instrumental in turning the company around after a period of significant decline in revenue,” said President Bob Arndt. “We value having his continued leadership as he makes a new path forward.”

Integral Systems, founded in 1972, provides mainframe and client/server software solutions for medium and large-sized organizations with more than 2,500 employees. Integral specializes in providing industry-leading software for mainframe users in government, healthcare, education, and fortune 2000 companies. The Web-enabled software, primarily used for human resource management, performs complex payroll, human resources and employee fringe benefit functions.

Integral, once known as the premiere HR and payroll software service provider in the industry, is taking steps to regain their position as the leader in human resources application software. With 22 profitable quarters in a row and solid revenues, the company is expected to continue a robust growth cycle over the next 5 years.

“Integral is on an exciting growth track consistent with a great brand,” stated Shaw. “We have all the strength and experience of the last 34 years. And, we have never had more momentum than we do now. We will only continue to grow stronger.”

Integral’s software and support services are designed to save work load, minimize human error, and improve employee communication.

Along with ownership and significant management changes, the company has also added to their software engineering staff, consulting staff, sales and marketing staff and client support staffs.

Integral, now one of the largest privately held software companies in the nation, plans to expand their client base by offering ten complementary, fully integrated systems such as Benefits Management, Applicant Tracking, Manager Self-Service, Workflow, Position Control and Graphical Reporting Tools.
