Black Business Circle is a membership base group of entrepreneurs, small businesses and organizations, affectionately known as ("The Circle"). Black Business Circle's entry into the marketplace in New York is unique and will have national implications for all of Black America creating a new model of sustainable economic empowerment.

Four levels of Government, New York State Senator John Sampson, Congressman Ed Towns, New York City Council Charles Barron and Brooklyn Borough President, Marty Markowitz, each issued her with an award, officially documented and proclaiming June as Economic Empowerment Month for her work as it relates to economic empowerment.

Lisa wrote, "The Book of Proverbs for Entrepreneurs – Keys to Success." Her book is a must read and is bound to be on everyone's National Best Sellers List.

She is also the Founder of Black Business Circle KIDÂ’s youth empowerment program, a program offering training in enterprise, cash management, investment strategies, cultural and performing arts and public speaking to children as young as 3 years old.

In her youth, Lisa and five peers of Thomas Jefferson H. S. together, built a theater company from the ground up. Parents of the six core members served as the Board of Directors and in her capacity as Workshop Coordinator, Lisa trained 102 charter members in Speech Interpretation and Drama.

She herself received training from awesome mentors, first her mother and father, Robert Earl Jones, Dr. J. Scott Kennedy, a former Professor of Brooklyn College and the former Director of the Black Theater's Workshop at Brooklyn, College, and Doris Eienbinder, a former teacher of Thomas Jefferson High School.

Lisa acquired much of her business knowledge through hands-on experience. She surrounded herself around quality business leaders in her capacity as an Administrative Assistant, including world-wide power houses like Joe Perella of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Senior Managing Directors of Solomon Smith Barney, most of the senior executive line at Cantor Fitzgerald (before 9/11) and Linda De Jesus-Cutler, President of The Bravo Group, the number one Hispanic communications firm in the United States.

Lisa is a “mover & shaker.” She has the ability to impact lives. Sarnoff, Communications Advisor, and Black Business Circle, Public Relations Director Phil Andrews.

Dr. Pearce has requested her to serve as Co-Chairwoman of the Board on a major project, Ms. Sarnoff has documented the following quote: “Dear Lisa, Know that you are one of the most special ladies I have met and at Bravo certainly the most refined. Thank you for kind support and your never-ending smile. May your new position be blessed with great success! A warm embrace, Conchita.”

Congressman Ed Towns has expressed his support and admiration for Black Business Circle. com and believes that her organization is a great asset to the people of New York’s Tenth Congressional District and right smack in the middle of a meeting with the President and Vice President of Black Business Circle. com, Mr. Andrews is quoted as saying, “My boss (Lisa) has already showed me the value and how a business can operate in a system, with a certain corporate culture, that enables the system to operate with maximum efficiency.”

Lisa holds a profound respect for those who have gone by the way of traditional education, but she believes that "true entrepreneurs are born of success." Her impact on the Black Economic Empowerment movement has already been chronicled in the history of all of America.
