Halyard Capital, a New York-based private equity fund, announced the appointment of Steve R. Isaac as Chief Executive Officer of its newly created Halyard Education Partners, an integrated marketing services company serving the post-secondary education market. Halyard Education Partners current holdings included Educational Directories Unlimited (“EDU”) and eLearners. com, where Mr. Isaac has been Chairman of the Board since 2005. Reporting to Mr. Isaac will be EDU President and CEO Mark Shay and eLearners. com President and CEO Andrew Gansler.

Halyard Capital, a New York-based private equity fund, announced the appointment of Steve R. Isaac as Chief Executive Officer of its newly created Halyard Education Partners, an integrated marketing services company serving the post-secondary education market. Halyard Education Partners current holdings included Educational Directories Unlimited (“EDU”) and eLearners. com, where Mr. Isaac has been Chairman of the Board since 2005. Reporting to Mr. Isaac will be EDU President and CEO Mark Shay and eLearners. com President and CEO Andrew Gansler.

Mr. Isaac brings over 25 years of experience in marketing services, advertising and executive level business leadership to his role as CEO of Halyard Education Partners. Mr. Isaac also serves on the faculty of the Executive MBA program in Virginia Commonwealth University’s School (VCU) of Business and is a director of The Interactive Marketing Institute in VCU’s School of Mass Communications.

Prior to his work at Halyard Capital, Mr. Isaac’s career included serving dual roles of EVP, DIMAC Marketing Partners and CEO of DMW Worldwide, DIMAC’s direct marketing agency; Executive Vice President of Cadmus Communications Corporation of Richmond, Virginia; and Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of The Martin Agency, while simultaneously serving as CEO of Martin Direct, originally founded by Mr. Isaac as the Stenrich Group.

Mr. Isaac has received many awards and honors in the direct marketing industry and is a frequent industry seminar presenter and speaker. He has also written several articles for professional publications, judged Echo Award Final Round since 1995, and has been a member of the American Association for Advertising Agencies and The Direct Marketing Association, where he was Chairman of the Agency Leaders Group from 1994 to 1996.

Mr. Isaac received his BA in English from the University of Buffalo and an MS in Communications/Education from Syracuse University.
