Dallas-based True Solutions Inc. (TSI), a leading global provider of project management consulting and education services, announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide AITP (Association of IT Professionals) members with project management training.

This alliance further strengthens TSI’s position as a premier provider of training and certification. AITP members will be to enhance their careers by becoming certified in project management, one of the top positions in demand in the IT industry.
When TSI’s Chief Executive Officer, Wes Balakian, approached AITP, the value this training to AITP membership became immediately apparent. The initial stages of the alliance with TSI include development of an AITP-branded curriculum for the CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification. This new offering for AITP members will be implemented in two phases: first, in a pilot class scheduled for Dallas, TX, anticipated to be held on August 6, 2007, and second, a full roll-out for all chapters. The full calendar of classes will be scheduled in charter cities, the top 10 cities across the nation, and enrollment will be open to all AITP members.
The AITP and TSI alliance also includes creating additional offerings in the future for AITP members such as PMP training and certification programs as well as other training offerings that are beneficial to the continuing education of AITP members.
