Ross University School of Medicine Expands Clinical Rotations on East Coast
Ross University School of Medicine will add several new core and elective clinical rotations at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT.

Ross University School of Medicine is pleased to announce it will add several new core and elective clinical rotations to its growing network of clinical rotations on the East Coast. The new placements will be located at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT.
These rotations will allow students to complete their entire 48 weeks of third year core rotations and 30 weeks of fourth year elective rotations and offer experience in all facets of healthcare.
"We are pleased to have Ross students with us here and believe we can offer them a high-quality medical education," said Ramin Ahmadi, director of graduate medical education and research at Danbury Hospital.
A 371-bed regional medical center and community teaching hospital, Danbury maintains centers of excellence and specialized programs for emergency and trauma care, surgery, oncology, cardiovascular services, gastroenterology, radiology, laboratory medicine, maternity, neonatal and pediatric medicine, sleep disorders, asthma management, diabetes, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and behavioral healthcare.
"Danbury's clinical rotation programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and the hospital enjoys an excellent reputation for graduate medical education and healthcare delivery," said Dr. Enrique S. Fernandez, senior associate dean for clinical sciences at Ross University School of Medicine. "It's a great opportunity for our students to fulfill all of their core and elective rotations in one place."
