Located at 1250 Beach Blvd., in the Worth Gallery, Jacksonville Beach and at 300 Solana Road in Ponte Vedra, the offices will officially launch on Jan. 5, 2004 and will be open extended hours to serve customers seeking tax preparation services.
The Honorable Robert Mardsen, Mayor of Jacksonville Beach, will officiate at the ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 10:00 am on Jan 5th at the 1250 Beach Blvd location. “I love to see businesses expanding their presence at the beach”, says Mayor Mardsen.

There are lots of changes in the tax code this year centered on the tax-cut plan. The most immediate effect of the plan is a reduction in the bottom tax rate. The plan is structured to provide tax relief by lowering the tax rate, easing the “marriage penalty” and doubling the child tax credit. Taxpayers can now contribute more into IRA’s and 401(k) plans and will get more of a break for child and dependent care, education and adoption expenses. There are changes in income limitations for some that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit. Eventually, limitations on itemized deductions will be eliminated.
