Year contract with Joint Purchasing Corporation (JPC). Under the terms of the agreement, JPC will offer its participants RingoÂ’s Vendor Management System, which is designed to streamline the entire staffing process, including vendor coordination, order requisition, timesheets, expenditure reports and employee evaluations, to provide healthcare facilities with significant time and cost savings.

“Ringo can offer our participants a tool to improve efficiencies and cut down on the time-intensive staffing process,” said Alexandra Zimmerman, Director of Contract Services, JPC. “It will enable our healthcare organizations to manage the staffing of clinical, non-clinical and volunteer personnel in a more proficient manner.”

Ringo serves all vertical markets, with a niche specialization in the healthcare community. The application assists hospitals and facilities with temporary staffing operations, while complying to standards set by the Joint Commission On Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Ringo calculates shifts, stores employee and volunteer assignment history, maintains competency reviews, and provides users with immediate reporting access to critical information, such as staffing expenditures and scheduling, across any number of departments and facilities.

“Tracking historical information to make budget and staffing allocation evaluations can be a difficult task. With Ringo, organizations are now empowered to easily track this information for sound decisions to ensure profitability and maximum efficiency,” said Jeanine L. Bondi, Vice President, Ringo.

“Controlling costs and improving staffing procedures is a top priority for our customer base," said Andrew Janover, Senior Vice President of Operations, JPC. “We are excited to bring Ringo to our participants and provide a dedicated resource for managing the contingent staffing process.”

JPC offers it's participants access to a comprehensive contract portfolio that not only offers competitive pricing, but also delivers participants the flexibility to purchase from contracts that meet their needs without commitment to a total program. Along with its flexibility, JPC brings many value-added benefits that are designed to help participants deliver the very best care to their communities.
